for years involved in gas alarms and gas detection calibrating... was always curious what are real dangerous levels (for people) of oxygen content when entering void / confined spaces ? I now low content alarm is set abt 19% from practice, but what about 18 or 17 or 16% vol O2 ? What time can person whitstand in this atmosphere? How about different safety regulations, do we have some specified values for limit values Low 02 % ? Thanks for your thoughts...
